Customer Reviews
Nice bear, slow shipping
I bought a custom embroidered bear for my niece. The bear itself is really well made, stitching was perfect and looked just like the preview. My only issue was the shipping. It took almost 9 days to arrive in Wisconsin after it shipped, which felt a bit long. Packaging was good though, arrived safe. I'd order again but I'd give myself more time.
Good small jointed bear
I ordered a small jointed bear. It came quick, like 4 days. Product quality was good for the price. No complaints from me, it was a nice gift.
Consistent quality, returning customer
This was my third order from Getahug, I got a keepsake teddy bear this time. Like my last two purchases, the quality was solid. The website is easy to use for personalization, and the bears always look true to the photos. This one shipped out faster than my last order, reaching me in about 6 days which was great. Their customer service is responsive too; I had a question on a previous order and they got back to me same day. Prices are fair for what you get, especially for a personalized item. They're a reliable spot for gifts.

Hey has anyone ordered a personalized bear from Getahug for a gift? Wondering how long the name embroidery part actually takes before they ship. Trying to get it for a birthday next month.
